This is a "family-owned, family-operated" business serving Fort Bragg, Mendocino, Little River, Albion, Elk, Gualala, Point Arena, Cleone, Westport, Ukiah, Willits, Laytonville and Anderson Valley. Roundan’s success for the past 20+ years is a direct credit to the local people and businesses who support them. Favorites of the Bewildered Pig are the bacon and Covelo Beef.

Coho and King Salmon, Ling Cod, Sablefish, and Albacore are just some of the fresh seafood caught by the able sailors of Princess Seafood, based out of Noyo Harbor in Fort Bragg.
Cheese
Shamrock Artisan Goat Cheese
Shamrock Artisan Goat Cheeses are Farmstead-made from start to finish. All of their products are made right at their ranch with milk from their own goats. Most of the feed for the animals is grown on the property and any they buy is from their valley. All the cheeses are made with vegetable rennet and not from animal sources. They recycle the water used in manufacturing too. They work to leave as small a carbon footprint as possible.

This innovative community operation links dozens of local farms with local restaurants, schools, and hospitals for bulk sales of their goods. A valuable service that helps us keep the menu abundant with local ingredients.
Forest People Mushrooms
for their cultivated oyster mushrooms and micro greens and sprouts. The Forest People have a dedicated mushroom house where they are able to grow mushrooms year-round. With a background in regenerative farming technologies, we have custom built our operation with whole systems awareness. We never use harmful chemicals or pesticides and only use organic practices. We are ‘Certified Renegade’ through the Mendocino Organic Network.
Bread & Grains
Fort Bragg Bakery
The Fort Bragg Bakery is primarily a wholesale artisan bread-baking company. You can find our delicious breads at local markets and restaurants throughout Mendocino County. The Fort Bragg Bakery has been making custom ficelles for the Bewildered Pig since 2016.
Mendocino Grain Project
We primarily use Mendocino Gran Project for the heirloom fresh milled flours and grains. A community-oriented agriculture project with a vision, the Mendocino Grain Project is many things- a farm, a mill, a seed cleaning facility, and a food hub for locally produced staple crops.

Black Oak Coffee Roasters
This award-winning coffee roaster is based just over the hill in Ukiah, providing artful blends as well as distinct single origins. Their coffees are made by first sourcing the finest beans, then roasting them to perfection.

Carson & Bees Honey
We use Carson & Bees Honey in our preparation for the kitchen and apothecary. Carson & Bees Honey is once again selling bee packages and full hives (boxes included). Each three-pound package includes approximately three frames of bees and a mated Carniolan queen, produced with care in Sonoma and Yolo counties. Bewildered Pig also raises our own bees.
Stella Cadente
Stella Cadente also produces a wonderfully fragrant Meyer Lemon Oil, Blood Orange Oil, Persian Lime Oil, Basil Oil and Rosemary Oil, pressed from heritage Mission olive trees located in the western Sierra foothills. Our Butte View Ranch is also the home of our heritage Mission Everyday Extra Virgin olive oil.
Terra Savia
Terra Savia premium organic extra olive oil is steeped in tradition. For thousands of years, olive oil has been a standard staple in many kitchens around the world, especially in the middle east and western regions. Today it is both a mass product and a fine food. Some also use it as an elixir of life or medicine. We began producing our own premium extra virgin olive oil from the ground up, by first bringing two thousand olive tree saplings from the Tuscan region of Italy to our California estate in 1999.
