Private Events

We excel at providing a luscious food experience for your guests to commemorate any special occasion. Weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirement and graduation parties, and other significant life moments can be celebrated with artistry and heart whether it is held on-site or off. Anderson Valley and the surrounding region provide an abundance of local food sources that will make your event warm, welcoming, and supremely delicious.

 

ON OR OFFSITE EVENTS

We can provide on or offsite catering. We have indoor and outdoor spaces at the restaurant that can accommodate up to 75 people, weather depending. Next door, At the TownsEnd, you will find a well-appointed, cozy event space for more intimate gatherings of 8-25. Partial buyouts of our space will incur a site fee. This fee is waived for full buyouts of The Bewildered Pig.

PRICING STRUCTURE

We price our events with menu and service charges separated, as different event styles necessitate different numbers of staff. Prices do not include rentals. We will provide a list of needed equipment and items pertaining to what we are providing. We can provide additional assistance with your rentals for a fee. Menus start at $75 per person. Service charges are from $25-$35 per staff member, including travel time for offsite events. We require a minimum of 1 server and busser per 10 people, or more depending on the menu style. For off-site events we charge .60 cents per mile, per vehicle, and for larger events will charge for van rental. We charge a 20% service charge on the total bill, including alcohol. Sales tax as appropriate is charged on the total.

WEDDINGS

We have enjoyed catering many weddings in our 20+ years of service. We have found that working with a wedding coordinator is essential, as this saves a lot of time and energy for all. We do not have a coordinator on site, but can provide a list of recommendations. We do not make wedding cakes, but can create desserts a little less traditional. Outside desserts brought for an onsite event will be charged at $10 per person.

BEER/WINE/LIQUOR

Our catering permit allows us to procure alcoholic beverages for your event. This requires an application at least 30 days in advance and has a fee of $250 to cover the application and insurance.

OUR FOOD

We pride ourselves on the abundance of locally sourced foods, and we work with a small army of foragers and purveyors to source the best products available. Our style is rustically refined.
