Natural perfumer Alexander Chesebro of Fitzgerald and Guislain will welcome guests with a demonstration of impromptu, “plein air” perfume blending. Using only the finest botanical essences available, Mr. Chesebro will create an exclusive fragrance inspired by the evening’s dinner menu while offering insights into the perfumer’s creative process. When the blend is complete each guest will receive a small flaçon of the perfume to take home.
